I think Mr Montgomery was the largest shareholder on record, of SLI in 2010/11. Apparently, he still had interests with the company to accept consulting services in 2013.

But yet again, under policy including Timely disclosure, you see these things not reported til ~years later. Although new rules may have come into effect since that time, the Timely Disclosure rule has been around for a long time.

I would be interested in knowing how many shares of SLI that Mr Montgomery currently owns and if he supported the Green Team in Dec/Jan 2012/13.
