Court shortly freezing the sale of our Cueva Blanca, due to violations of the BCBCA. Apparently, the illegit owners of the C.B. now are no other than Harold Waller and wife, that were operating Santa Minera Elisa, our Peruvian subsidiary, for us. Upon due action by shareholders, this transaction can be rescinded and the property returned to shareholders. With an estimated value in the millions, it could place a minimum of .30 per share back on the stock price. Again, another blatant exploitation of shareholders, BUT, with appreciable blatant violations that would be a piece of cake for any lawyer to execute.
