Message: John Does video as evidence

If you recall the video made and recording of John Does interview with Harold Waller, of Energold Drilling, you should also recall that Harold Waller stated that Bradley Brothers had did some drilling before they were contracted to drill the Tesoro. THERE WAS NEVER NO NEWS RELEASE BY SLI THAT BRADLEY DRILLED THE TESORO.

Now there are several interesting things that this statement by Harold brings to surface;

1) If you look at this news release announcing Energold has been retained, you see words like "initial" and such, implying that Energold is the initial drilling company, with no mention of Bradely.

2) Where Lori never released WHEN Bradely drilled, NOR reported them drilling the Tesoro, it is quite possible they drilled many months before the initial June 9th earliest presentation of Energold.

3) It is not fully clear to me, if we even NEEDED an EIS Permit before drilling, whereas it seemed very possible that drilling could be done under an older EIS which seemed valid up until perhaps Oct 2011.

4) The EIS permit never showed up on the Peruvian Permit website. Lori said we received the EIS in May, but by watching the site several weeks afterward, there was never any approval shown. It would make sense and explain why NO APPROVAL was shown, IF we didn,t need approval and that it was warranted under an already existing EIS.

5) If we did not receive a required EIS permit until the first week of May 2011, and it was needed to drill, then it did not leave much time for Bradley to be in there drilling before Energold, and also, if Bradley did drill then, it would appear to be a ridiculous wait of 7 months for initial assays. But, Bradley could have possibly drilled in the fall of 2010.

6) The PP announced later that year, in August, saw downward pressure put on the stock prior to the announcement by market making activity. Here is referrence to market manipulation as fraud on the RCMP site;

Market Manipulation

As defined by the Canadian Securities Administrators in their 2009 Enforcement Report

“market manipulation involves efforts to artificially increase or decrease a company’s share price. Examples of market manipulation include pump and dump schemes, high closing activities and volume manipulation.”

6 continued) this fraud tactic commented upon above was presented to Jeffery Shon, a TSX lead compliance officer, Alan Costan, a head BCSC investigator, in the fall of 2012, LONG BEFORE the RCMP ever received this information. IIROC was also informed several times of irregular stock trading in SLI securities before and after the fall of 2012. It was also mentioned the conspicuous trading in the OTC Market in the U.S., A PLACE WHERE OFF SHORE ACCOUNTS ARE USUALLY TRADED FROM, and where trades can be rerouted through the depository to different Exchanges for fill orders. What I just stated is an integral factor in any securities investigations involving off shore jurisdictions. Off Shore jurisdictions WERE a factor in SLI evidenced by at least one PP contract that identified several off shore entities.

7) Assumption by me;

The property was drilled in fall of 2010 and very favourable results obtained and known about BEFORE the May Permit, BEFORE jAN 2012 INITIAL RESULTS, BEFORE Aug 2011 PP announced, etc. The deliberate stalling for months/year was an act to loosen shares from investors, when this did not work, a blatant and power stock price hit was orchestrated in Jan 2012 by several trading houses, including several of the biggest banks of Canada. You may connect Molsons post of last night here,about Donald Bastien and my reply, if you wish.

Note; there are many more interesting/important factors not mentioned in this post at this time.
