I see also that the "Citizens Arrest Act" , this is effective now in Canada, provides other means to be utilized in going forward and complements powers of Common Law.

As I research and grasp a better understanding of "Common Law", I am seeing more gratifyingly, how it is rather simple for us to endorse and to put into action. AGAIN, please people, do not underestimate the power of Common Law, and I will suggest to anyone, that it should be recognized by them as the higher law. This is the instrument that all Canadian authority must comply with. When you see RCMP in Canada honoring Common Law, by standing down, how much more proof do you need of its strength and recognition?

There are also avenues under this law that will allow for choices to be made by any employee of government, BCSC, TSX etc in the future should it be required that we employ those routes. This is not false hope I am sharing here, but it is the hope we were looking for.

If you took notice of how the increase in attacks on my credibility have become on Stock House, by several again, then perhaps you will understand the fear this Common Law generates. I am feeling, this may be checkmate by us, depending of course on the support and the tenacity of the support to take this to the end. As you may have guessed by looking at my reply to Molsons post about Donald Bastien, NOT ALL EVIDENCE has been publicly released nor found yet, and may only complement persuasion in the future, on our part.

Its no longer a time to stand your ground, but take a step forward. ANY QUESTIONS anyone may have, please feel free to ask them here, if they reveal part of a strategy, then they will be answered by another means, rather than a public way at this time. It is my goal to reveal everything public as we advance, whereas it is ridiculous AND DAMAGING to KEEP THINGS CONCEALED. Our electronics are compromised anyway, lol, so their is no secrecy to a degree, and our most power lies in informing the PUBLIC, for this is where the added strength will come from.

And, for anyone questioning my credibility because of my blog or other means, perhaps you should ask yourself two questions before you cast judgement;

1) How can I prove what Rick writes is not true?

2) Is Rick really believing this stuff he writes, or is he putting this up as a ploy to distract and cause ridicule to ourselves?
