To venture into the dynamics of Common Law and its effects on Statute Law, is complex to a degree, whereas it is ILLUSIONALLY integrated into STATUTE LAW in this country. It is not until one recognizes that the statutes integrated overtime, have become contradictory, in the real world and actually, depicting most Canadian Law as invalid. It is invalid because of the simplistic understanding that if Law is not clear, and contradicts, how can it actually be a binding contract upon anyone?

To further, when any court, being Canadian or other, employs judgement by a means that does not recognize and honors fundemental rights and/or freedoms, ignore constitutional rights, then the law is invalid and cannot be incorporated upon any such being, without them giving their FREE WILL or CONSENT. This is important, where anyone gives their CONSENT to any law system, they give away their RIGHTS, they waive their RIGHTS and are able to be CONTROLLED and continuously exploited by a system that is biased to individuals and is contrary to each individuals rights. People may think they are part of such a system, where they GIVE AWAY their CONSENT, for other protective mechanisms, such as RCMP protection, BUT, in actuality, your RCMP is ONLY there to uphold laws and NOT to protect citizens.

I wish not to complicate this further, but above is merely an example of WHY this justice system is biased and DOES FAIL individuals from a protective perspective. Nevertheless, in OUR CASE, it is the aspects of Common Law in repect to the biased judicial decisions as well as all NEGLIGENCE by the ILLUSIONARY PROTECTIVE AGENCIES such as BCSC, TSX, IIROC, CSA, POLITICIANS, U.S. REGULATORS, INTERNATIONAL REGULATORS. I bring in the international aspect here as well, because, even these international bodies ARE SUBJECT TO COMMON AND INTERNATIONAL LAW. Even under international law, the provisions are there for one country to take legal action against another country should there be CLEAR EVIDENCE that a group of people are being OPPRESSED/SUPRESSED. In reality, the implications of COMMON LAW in our respect is HUGE, and must be honored. You have seen in a couple of posts here only, in the last week or so, the POWER of COMMON LAW in action, whereas B.C. RCMP HAD to release ALL protestors at Burnaby and COMPLY, COMPLY, COMPLY, with COMMON LAW. Even a B.C. Magistrate endorsed the COMMON LAW REVOCATION as a LEGAL and POWERFUL DOCUMENT which blatantly shows the CERTAINITY and ACCEPTANCE of COMMON LAW.

To cut short, in reality, under COMMON LAW, all those involved in any collusion by authorities to suppress/restrict shareholders rights, are SUBJECT to COMMON LAW and the implications it may bring upon them, REGARDLESS OF ANY LAWS that they think protect them. Any employee in any institution, like the BCSC for example, that DID NOT practise their obligatory position toward othe human beings, are ALSO IN VIOLATION OF COMMON LAW, and may be prosecuted under such provisional ethics. These employees of the TSX,BCSC, ETC have unknownly, or perhaps knownly, placed their future in jeopardy because of the power of COMMON LAW which is above all the GREED and MONEY in the world. It may take time for us to employ this COMMON LAW to its fullest extent, if need be, but it will happen in the required respect and degree, and will effect change in the appropriate areas that will be in SHAREHOLDERS FAVOUR, for it is the shareholders that the greatest injustices have been directed and imposed upon.

For anyone that thinks this is CRAZY, or even attempts to DOWNPLAY it, I suggest that you do a little research and educate yourself on a LAW that has always been on earth, merely covered up and entangled within judicial systems to control any effects it may have had in the past. Anyone questioning my sanity, should investigate all things I say and write, instead of wasting time trying to discredit me and accepting the mentality of lower consciousness. As a rule in the governing/controlling SOCIETIES, one way to quell a voice, is to make them look CRAZY to the public, they do this out of FEAR of anyone speaking up and revealing the injustices that control the puppets under their control. I feel sad for puppets such as Primed, that are sent out to do the dirty work, to try to discredit and impose a dipiction of insanity upon anyone that stands up for what is right and just. Primed, you should have shame, for what you represent and for being controlled by someone that takes advantage of others. As for you bringing your daughter up in the land of TRUTH, please share this with her so that she is open to a much greater TRUTH that will not RESTRICT her future as a great child upon this planet. For you to confine her to a world of domination, is like clipping her wings, please think about this.
