In our early days of trying to get media to carry our story and the injustices SLI shareholders were enduring, we would get extreme initial interest in the story, then poof! the interest would be totally cut off with no explanation from some. The couple explanations that were eceived, went something like this; "we have neither the personnel nor resource to give this story the justice it receives". I believe that explanation clearly indicates the significance of this story along with the magnitude, but it doesn,t explain why a national media would not continue and publish this story. If you think of perhaps the media is controlled, then you get at least one answer, but then this also causes another question, "why". Then you may entertain that this story is being covered up and for someone to go through these expensive extremes, that there must be something of great value at stake. One of the valuables at stake, would be the integrity of the markets, but that could have been easily established and avoided by the BCSC and TSX enforcing rules. So why this jeopardy? Well, this means that there must be something of greater value than the integrity of the markets, to grant such an immunity to management of a little ole Venture company.
As you see below, the Equedia Letter is also recognizing how the media is controlled by not reporting all the facts and truth in the Ferguson Shooting. Here are some excerpts from the letter of today;
"Despite its power, our access to information and the truth has never been as stifled as it is today."
"I am not sure if the journalists and reporters who work for some of our most respected news sources are either lazy, incompetent, or being controlled by a bigger force*."
"Perhaps if enough caring and patriotic citizens reach out, the local news outlets might begin to do some real research and cover some real stories hidden behind the facade."
