I'm curious as to how a company makes money when it appears their only asset is $1,000.00 piece of property in Arizona. Wouldn't the cost of creating the company along with the filings etc., mean that the property would have to be very lucrative to make it worth while. That being said, if the property is that promising, why would it only be worth $1,000.00.
