Inaction to date, a favourable event

Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
As many investors sit remaining in the dark if any action will be taken by authorities, every day without news, becomes more favourable for future action by investors. For authorities to deprive investors of any direct answers or consolation of the future of their investment, blatantly depicts the illusion of their false presentaion of protection.
With over a 100 recommendations sent to the BCSC by the RCMP in conjunction with this case, months ago, it is a total joke to still witness no action by the BCSC and for the BCSC to allow the investors to be jeopardized by a possible delisting as a result. If a delisting occurs, it is a direct result of inaction by the BCSC and a blatant "non mitigation of risk' towards shareholders investments.
THERE ARE PHOTOS OF THE DRILL CORE SKEWED IN THE CORE SHACK. As to why anyone would wander up on an uninhabited plateau to dump out and mix up drill cores, leaves me with some humorous thoughts. This drill core is supposed to be locked and kept in logged order, so that check samples of tested core, can be readily attained. Where the core has been dumped out of its boxes and mixed up, all data collected from the drill program becomes void and cannot be ascertained. The responsibility of securing and offering assurance of the sampled cores, lies with management.
I also question the validity of the cores shown in these pictures, whereas the cores do not seem to represent a widespread chargeable structure as evident in the geophysics and historic pictures of mineralized structure. Also, the cores do not seemed to be dumped out by someone looking for something in them, but rather just intentionally dumped out in a pile, as you would if just continuously dumping, with intent just to quickly dump, not to look at the cores themselves.
We have oxidation down to 50-80 meters, meaning extensive staining and rust, which is evident in pictures of the sulphide mineralization. Beyond that depth, the sulphides are to remain in a purer and untarnished state, simply because the oxidation has not penetrated this deep. Also, the wide spread documentaion of alteration and veins, seems to be almost non existent in what I SEE IN THE PICTURES, AT LEAST. If you recall, many of these drill cores had to enter different forms of mineralization and structure, evidenced by all historic data, then seems absent in the pics I have seen of the core. To cut to the chase, the cores do not seem consistent with what they should have encountered on the Tesoro. Very interesting.....
Stand your ground, this is not over yet, and if they wish to prolong things, it only gives us more time to expose more to the public.
Love,
Rick
