I see on Lloyd Brewer's LinkedIn page, that he is endorsed several times by a fellow by the name of Robert Jarva, President of Corporate Resource Group:

That name sounded familiar, so I did a search and discovered I had seen his name in some of my past findings.

Then I did a bit more research on Mr. Jarva, and now I am confused as to what side of the coin he is on.

Estonian entrepreneur Urmas Turu got the position of a CEO of a gold mine Ardent Mines Ltd. without his knowledge, Äripäev writes.

Turu doesn’t understand why he is a president, chief accountant and CEO in that come.

“I guess it’s called a frontman (tankist – edit) in Estonian?” he said.

Turu, has one of three shareholders of OÜ Mojave, which manages Sossi nightclub. The gold mine has couple of mining licences on Canada West Coast, British Columbia. The area of activity is gold mining. The company doesn’t have any assets, but has obligations in amount of USD 40,000, which allegedly marks the miney investors have put into the company. Former members of management board left in February and were replaced by Turu.

Turu’s relative, Robert Järva, who’s residing in Canada offered him an investment possibility. And so Turu decided to direct some money to Canada. He also gave Järva a permission to make stock transactions on his name.

“I honestly don’t know. Look, I’ve given my relative a right to buy stocks on my name. But if he is putting me to the management board then I must communicate with him,” he said.

The press announcement which says Turu is the member of management board also says that Turu has invested to real estate, stocks and service sector since 2004.

“And actually I grow tomatoes here,” he said.

Ardent Mines has been registered to his address since February as well.

Turu gave Järva’s phone number and e-mail address, but he doesn’t answer the e-mail and the number belongs to Corporate Resource Group, which is the biggest shareholder of Ardent Mines, according to David Baines, a columnist at Vancouver Sun.

Baines knows that Järva is co-worker of an Ukrainian man called Sergei Stetsenko. Baines said that he thinks these are unfair people who earn living by manipulating with stocks.

OTC (over-the-counter) is a trading form where stocks are usually not listed on stock exchange and promoters try to get people interested in stocks. OTC unfortunately has companies, which’ business plans are unrealistic and public reporting is misleading or completely a lie. Järva and Stetsenko are dealing with that sort of companies, Baines said
