it has the appearance of money laundering IMHO

not saying it is BUT if Jeff paid peanuts for the property and then turned arond and sold it to us shareholders (remember it's OUR money Lori spent) for $120,000 then it's a very questionable transaction and one the RCMP and BCSC should look into
