Acording to the Criminal Code,three or more persons co-operating to commit a criminal offence,are considered an organize crime group!

I truly do belive that the RCMP have their hands tied,and are controled by the powerful and the greedy! otherwise we would have seen charges laid long ago!

Also,I belive the RCMP should hire Molson!!!
