The original claims were purchased in 2010 for $60,000 consisting of 11 mineral tenures. 10 of these tenures were bought from Lloyd Brewer, the 11th one was purchased from Christopher Leigh Brewer.

Something that I found extremely interesting is that according to the B.C. Mineral Titles all 11 of these claims were forfeited in 2011, and yet this is what is on the St. Elias web page about the Knight Inlet:

The property is prospective for epithermal vein hosted gold and silver mineralization and copper-molybdenum porphyry mineralization. On May 28, 2012 we increased the size of this property by 13% to 5,490 hectares from 4,877 hectares by purchasing 100% of certain mining claims totaling 613 hectares for $10,000. The newly purchased claims were encircled by our original claims, purchased for $60,000 during fiscal 2010.

From James Thom 2010 Geochemical Survey done on Knights Inlet, the following are the names of each of the tenures, all of which show that they forfeited in 2011. I am posting just the first two of the tenures (bolded and enlarged) to show this.

St. Elias Mines holds a 100% interest in 11 contiguous mineral tenures (4877.22 hectares) that cover a square shaped package of ground located approximately 90 kilometers north of Campbell River in southwest BC. All of the claims which comprise the Knight Inlet Property were staked pursuant to the BC Ministry of Energy and Mines MTO system (Mineral Titles Online System).
