A very valuable resource we have used in the past with SLI, was the posted short positions on the stock, that were released every two weeks by the TSX. For retail investors to be denied this information along with ALL company historical information, is against the public interest and common transparency. Investors used these tools that TSX provided in doing their DD and monitoring the trading with their investment, this was important information for the little guy and also enabled the little guy the ability to point out and bring to the attention of authorities, any irregularities. For an Exchange to deprive the little guy of these tools, contradicts their statements of maintaining a fair market place and ensuring that integrity is upheld.
Here is the notice in the link;
"Please Note: Effective November 25, 2013, historical listed company management information
and financing affiliation details will no longer be available on the Info TSX Venture site."
