So apparently, Lloyd Brewer (Lori,s ex husband), was the actual owner of these claims, NOT IGD. In fact, IGD has perhaps made a misleading statement and misreprestation of fact in its MDA in inticing readers to believe that IGD 100% owns the properties, while that isn,t so. Even if there are contracts/agreements secured between IGD and Lloyd, these agreements need to be publisized for public determination to assure that a legal and binding contract secures the property for IGD in any event and protects the shareholder.

To further, it appears Lloyd aquired the property 3-4 months before and sold an agreement to IGD for $25,000. I believe this requires more investigation.....
