Two good posts, and maybe people now beginning to realise what a murky and one sided game the Venture Exchage is.

BSCS just sit around on their backsides picking up their fees, much easier than actually trying to protect investors, that might involve some actual work! heaven forbid!

And of course their fees are paid by whom?

Conflict of interest country!
