You seem to be suggesting Lori lied to shareholders whilst possibly being under the influence of alcohol, is that correct?

So why did she say it then?

So what you are saying is that it is OK for the CEO to exxagerate or lie after "having a few", and it's the fault of the shareholders for listening to her, and believing it? Is that correct?
