Yesterday afternoon, before the NR came out about the company suspension, I emailed the TSX:

Subject: v.sli halt

I am curious to get information on St. Elias Mines (sli) as they were halted for not having enough directors and were given a July 8th deadline to comply. It is now July 10th and the stock is still halted and there has been no news release informing the shareholders as to what is going on. Can you elaborate on this for me?

Further to the Exchange bulletin dated June 23, 2014 and the Company's press release dated June 24, 2014, effective at the opening on Friday, July 11, 2014, trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended for failure to maintain Exchange requirements, the Company having less than 3 Directors.
