Since Intigold had the option agreement on the Chance E extended to September 20, 2014, I presume that it is their responsibility to pay the lease. If I recall correctly, when the Carmi property accidently lapsed into Dorian Leslie's hands, it was because Hi Ho Silver (the optionee) didn't pay the lease on it.

If this is the case, I must also assume that the vigencias were fulfilled, as Intigold has not put out a news release or filed a "material change report" with Sedar.
