I'm genuinely puzzled why Lori put out the correction today, if SLi is due to delist after trading tomorrow?

Why is it necessary if SLI is to become a private company?

Or will she manage to rustle up a couple of directors in the next 24 hours?

I'm still available Lori! You just need to pay my fare to the monthly board meetings!

Maybe some unexpected moves coming in this corporate chess match?
