Maybe if the Venture Exchange was marketed like you have just described, it might not attract investors' money any more?

People ENTRUSTED their moeny to Lori becaue as the CEO of a publicly listed comopany she had the responsibility to use it in the best way possible to try and create shareholder value.

i'm not sure hiring private jets comes into the realm of "investment", so maybe it is an issue?
