Molson, I think that when Intigold (IGD) bought TTAGIT, that Robert (Bob) Lachance and Leigh Aitkin were the two directors that Intigold paid considerable sums to for Intigolds stake in TTAGIT. Also, its very sketchy of how Lori ever obtained approval from the TSX for this business combination of sorts when shareholders were never given the chance to vote on the purchase. This has been brought to regulators attention several times, with no reply nor reprimand, nor the purchase being recinded until executed properly. I also question the enormity of the value that was placed on TTAGIT at the time of purchase, it appears that most was projective value based on a successful outcome and did not reveal all the inherent risks that may apply to social startups. These startups are a dime a dozen with the fast pace of technology that is changing and being enhanced almost daily with revenue depending upon the tenacity of management, among other things.
