Hello folks. I hope you all enjoyed Canada Day as much as I did. Here on the East Coast it was and still is hot as heck.

Although I did sell my remaining shares in SLI in early 2013 and as HappyDrunk has pointed out, I too am waiting for a tax refund from my rather large Capital Loss from last year, I have in no way forgotten or closed the book on SLI. To be honest, I have indeed stumbled onto something that I certainly believe has a few legal ramifications for those involved. Whether it ties into SLI, is rather early to tell, but I am in need of some information, Hopefully a few good friends of mine on both Agoracom and SH can be of asistance...

What I am looking for is any and all information on why, when and how SLI became listed on the Frankfurt Exchange. Thanks in advance...
