There appears to be a constant bleed down of cash in IGD as well with little concern for the shareholders or the company status. IGD has many skeletons out side of the closet lying in plain view as well. One being, Lori stating in a news release and TSX V approving it, that she obtained shareholder approval for the purchase of TTAGIT, when there never was a ballot sent out for shareholders to ratify or not the purchase. You also have the constant entrenchment of option agreements held by IGD on our SLI properties, which continuously were extended while little or no work were done on the properties to meet the option obligations. Shareholders of SLI were deprived the ability for another company to option the properties and possibly do the required work, where IGD is arms length, it enabled IGD to take full advantage of a situation as well enhanced the trading of the stock by management of IGD with little to no value increased in the company for shareholders. You also see numerous news releases from IGD lately that in reality say nothing and considerable downloading of shares upon the release of these news releases. Options were being exercised and sold days later.

This cannot be passed off as bad management by any authority when there are numerous breaches of policy with no reprimand. Again I proclaim, the onus lies on the regulatory bodies and authorities for granting the management of SLI and IGD to continue these actions not in shareholders best interests, under a vast umbrella of immunity to any regulation. One of the only means of investors protecting themselves at this time, is exposing all the government, authoritative and regulatory bodies to the public, and as we have seen., the media appears controlled as well, so expose all continuously by any means that you may conjure.
