Message: RCMP couldn,t prove intent of fraud?

I find the title of this post unacceptable and will say that it is highly unprofessional of an authority to convey such a nonsensical statement to the public. It is very clear in the Securities Act recognized by the BCSC what is considered fraud;

Manipulation and fraud

57 A person must not, directly or indirectly, engage in or participate in conduct relating to securities or exchange contracts if the person knows, or reasonably should know, that the conduct

(a) results in or contributes to a misleading appearance of trading activity in, or an artificial price for, a security or exchange contract, or

(b) perpetrates a fraud on any person.

Whereas the RCMP and other authorities are in receipt of information that the stock collapse was orchestrated and fail to act does raise many questions. Its not only this important information they were in receipt of, but all the incontestable evidence combined, depicts the RCMP as a dysfunctional entity along with a judicial system that creates the illusion of protection for the common citizens, when in fact, your legal system protects the elite that are able to manipulate and control a system by mere monetary influence that is injected accordinly.

Of that which I speak, is the contrivance of the stock manipulation. This consisted of intent to crash the stock, scoop up shares and take this to a buyout price that would have been much lower than fair value. The contrivance was thwarted by the reluctance of shareholders to part with their shares in which threw a wrench into the whole scheme and forced desperate attempts by other means to depart the shareholders from a fair price for their shares. With each attempt at trying to scare shareholders out of their investment, the greed became more desperate and as a result, became more blatant in thier intentions, until it came to the point where it is now, blatantly blatant.

There is no need to question authorities or yourself for that matter any longer, the proof is on the table in clear sight. The future is to continue to share the corruption with the public so that the greed cannot possibly cover this up and sweep it under the rug. You have all made your decisions a long time ago that you would be here to the end, well the means to the end is to share with the public the unjust practises that you have incurred.Hold nothing back and have no fear, for when you have fear, you are able to be controlled and the greed wins, we didn,t come this far to give up now. I have a feeling that 2 or perhaps 3 RCMP investigators may be questioning why the case didn,t go forward with charges being laid.
