I agree that the 2 news releases go hand in hand but the question is, did IIROC halt trading because of actions by Robert Krause that in turn forced him to resign, or did IIROC halt trading because his resignation left less than 3 on the BOD. If it is the latter, then I have to say IIROC was right on the ball with it....only a matter of minutes. Considering at the AGM we voted down the resolution that the BOD remain at 3 and nothing has been done about that? Just my thoughts.
