Mighty, I believe the scenario has been set for not one Class Action, but several. As time went on and up til this moment, the non action by Government, Regulators and perhaps a judicial aspect, has perhaps opened further implications. IMO, it would not need a savvy lawyer to have a field day with this in court, and no out of court settlements should be accepted.
