From what I understood at the AGM every effort by management to raise money and move the company forward re attracting financing by a proposed name change and proposed share consolidation to make raising potential capital in these tough markets for junior resource companies more attractive,was voted down unanimously by the so called " dissident" majority shareholders. Please correct me if I have my facts wrong.
