Other Corporate Matters

On June 18, 2013, the Supreme Court of British Columbia released its decision on the Hastman petition

and the Company's Dec. 27, 2012, annual general meeting. The court dismissed the Hastman petition in

its entirety, with costs payable by the Hastmans to the Company and its president.

On June 24, 2013, Tina Whyte resigned as Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company.
