What is the status of Tesoro? 0

Management will be putting out a news release regarding the §.ia~esoro as well as a news release on the status of each of our properties.

I am trying to locate a current copy of the Company's articles of incorporation and bylaws. I can't seem to find then on the S!,.Y website or on SEDAR. 0
