To take such action is raising the bar to the very top, so it would suggest someone that feels very cheated or who was suffered a significant loss, not at the retail shareholder level, IMO.

Obviously spraying a houe with bullets is more of a warning shot rather than an attempt to kill anyone, unless the occupants were standing at the window of course!

Maybe this sort of incident will encourage the authorities to step in to situations where there are disgruntled shareholders, and take action, before things escalate out of control to this level?
