Geese Golden, great rant LOL.

It is really amazes me that someone (not us obviously) would suggest a board like ours would hand over control willingly to shareholders as per this section 137.

I could see, maybe, an ethical executive group of some venture having failed after open and honest efforts, to advance a company's fortune to admit it's time to hand over the reins.

Not here for sure. What is in those remaining drill results we have not been privy to? If SLI Peru properties are a bust say so, give someone else a kick at the cat and get out of Dodge. IMO
