A friendly reminder for anyone that has not received their proxy material in the mail yet;

Call your financial institution that holds your shares, and ensure that the box is ticked on your "agreement", that enables you to receive the voting material. Shareholders here in the past have experienced the box not being ticked, even though they ensured it was previous years, and this caused delays in them receiving their proxy material.
