It appears that it is very common for these type of stock, when they do a reverse split, they may be able to get a few dollars from some new suckers, which they dispurse into various pockets and in no time the stock is back to where it was before the split.

I think Paul Gey's company did, Northern Tiger did last year. Just think of Northern Telecom, 1 for 10.

IMO anyway.
