Once again we see guidlines being pushed by current management. As you may have seen in the ISS link I provided in an earlier post, it is suggested that companies mail these documents in appreciable time periods, ie; 30-65 days. There is to be questions when this is not adhered to in relation to the interests of shareholders. And when these types of guidlines are pushed to the limits and beyond, it may suggest that these actions are in managements best interests, rather than the shareholders, hence the black mark.
