Beyondhelp, I find it interesting that you should say "Everyone thinks they can do a better job".

I believe it was at the 2011 AGM that she stated "If anyone thinks they can do a better job, I will step down tomorrow". Hmmm....I certainly didn't see her stepping down at the 2012 AGM!!
