Among other things, I would suggest the CEO's and board's most important jobs are:

- building, or at least maintaining value in the company.

(The share price has dropped from $2+ range to $.04 per share)

- to communicate in a meaningful way with shareholders, especially in light of the failure with regard to the job above.

- To address concerns of shareholders or potential share holders in a respectful constructive manner.

- to maintain positvie relations with share holders during times where the above has failed.

Lori has refused/failed to address the concerns of shareholders, through e-mails, phone calls and/or public news releases.

Lori has not had follow up public news releases providing information promised in other news releases from over a year ago.

The proof is in the pudding as they say.... but there isn't any pudding!

They say actions speak louder than words.... combine that with the inaction of both Lori and the board, and I am not sure what more proof anyone needs!
