I understand fully where you are coming from Ed. Every shareholder is disgusted and appalled at our situation, whereas it appears we have no rights as shareholders and this is endorsed by all regulators and authorities. This experience has been a huge wake up call to many, of how the markets work and how the law is constructed in such a manner as to powerfully support unethical actions and the pillage of the little guys.

To simply give up, does not help to effect change. Everyone has free will and choice, but I ask to remain with us while we continue to stand up for this injustice. A suggestion may be, continue to spread as wide as you can through the public, the injustices we have been served and the non action by authorities.

There is much going on in this corrupt world, for the better. We are in great times of change and the system is being flushed of the old ways of corruption, it takes time, by staying together and growing, we are able to have greater effect on change.

In the last several days, we are seeing "banker" attached deaths that are mostly called suicides, perhaps they are, or perhaps something else, here is one such death. We know big business sometimes in the past like using scapegoats for the blame, this blame when put back on employees, can cause ultimate stress. This is why the whistleblower policies are becoming more common, if someone is in receipt of questionable information, for their own protection, get it out in the public, as well as certain authorities. No authoritative employee is actually immune to the greed , for instance, a regulator may wish to place blame on an employee, rather than jeopardize the whole regulatory body, an Exchange may wish to use employees as scapegoats, to avoid the full extents of the law that may hold these big bodies accountable. The more employees talk, the more impossible it is for these types of things to happen and be covered up.
