Shareholders and all other investors and such, that read this board, please take a minute to realize the magnitude of this Class Action by Rand Paul, and how this dynamic can be applied, perhaps against our regulators for non enforcement and even more. This type of Class Action,can be undertaken by anyone that has shares in any traded company on the TSX or Canadian Exchanges, as well as anyone that contributes to most pensions in this country, whereas your pension contributions are entered into an unsecure environment, when you see non enforcement by the regulators that have the power to clean up the markets, but sit on their hands. The politicians also that fail to make the markets safer and that don,t create more strenuous laws to deter illegal activity.
