When I spoke to management about the PP, I asked for some info on Elementos and I was told that all the necessary information was properly filed with the TSX...period.

So I phoned a director from a rather new Quebec based company by the name of "Element 79 Capital". He told me that it was not them that purchased the CB.

Then I emailed the CFO of an Austrailan company called "Elemento". She emailed back and said it was not them either.

I did notice though that this "Elemento" was a subsiduary of another company called "Orocobre". This parent company has discovered a large lithium deposit in Chile. That is why I questioned the amount of lithium on the CB property. There seems to be a rather large market for lithium used in the manufactoring of batteries, cell phones, etc. It is also used for solar panels.
