Message: Re: other moly property??????? .....and more

I didn,t receive a response about this post, which I believe is very important, and I will expand on (2) of it;

"2) (NOTE, THIS IS THE TESORO)Their next property is in Peru. This is a grassroots play and will take time but is right dead on line and in between tow producing gold mines that have excellent grades coming out of them. There were some illegal miners on the property and have since been kicked off, but these guys were taking over $50,000/month off the property with nothing more than picks, shovels and wheel barrels. They would take the rock to the mine just north and get their money. They will be doing alot of work to this property this summer."

The above quote, #2, was written in 2005, at a time when the price of gold was around $400 per ounce; a chart in this link below.

If we take that $50,000 in gold taken off the property per month, at a $400 price per ounce, that would equate to 125 ounces per month, with picks and shovels. That 125 ounces at todays gold price would equate to about $162,500 per month in gold, being taken off the property by this crude method. But, as we know in Peru, that informales do not get the full price for their gold, whereas there are middle men and buyers of ore, that all get a cut off this.

There is a private mine towards Cuzco, where locals, including women and children, pick up ore and carry it in bags to a mill. All that the owners of the private mine do, and they are rich elite owners, is do a little blasting and move a little debris by machine, the rest is done by hand by these poverty stricken workers/locals, that get paid very little for the bags of ore, and remain in poverty. However, amazingly, in the year of 2011, (I believe that is the correct year, if not, then 2012), there was over $300 million dollars worth of gold that came from that property in one year, by the crudest of methods.

So, getting back on track and to the point, the informales that made $50,000 per month off the Tesoro, were most likely only getting a very small fraction of the value, for their gold. If we say they only received 50% of that value, then that would jump the dollar amount of gold up to $325,000 per month at todays prices. If you add onto this figure, and think how dynamite and a little bit of heavy machinery could enhance this return, I will go that it would enhance a pick and shovel operation, 10 fold. This would give you a possible $3,250,000 or $3.2 million per month possible, by just stepping up this crude method, and not even engaging a more impressive mining operation. So you can see how easily the Tesoro is very profitable. Now also, think about these informales searching for gold on the Tesoro, without any technology and only going by crude methods of finding the gold, there pits would not always be hits, so that leaves periods where they may not find any veins. Enter todays technology, especially the geophysics, and BANG!, you are hitting and finding every time, which in turn will add substantially to any dollar amount, by eliminating the biggest margin of error. Also, in mesothermal systems, as well as epithermal at times, the gold grade gets higher, the deeper you go, a prime example of this characteristic can be found in the Red Lake mine, where their 2 ounce per ton plus, is at a depth of around 1000m, I believe. So, as well as the adits of 100m have proven on the Tesoro, the gold grade gets better with depth, therefore will add more value per ton of ore. But, this is irrelevant to the informale experience, where they seldom go any deeper than 30 m.

Documents show, that there are veins in the immediate area of the Tesoro which assay as high as 80 ounces per ton gold! There is no reason that they may not occur on the Tesoro as well. Also, consultation from a geo familiar with the region, has confirmed these high grade veins up to 80 ounces per ton gold.

All in all, there is no reason whatsoever, that the property alone could fund, and be very profitable, a company such as ours. There was and is, no reason whatsoever to liquidate the assets of this company, when you are sitting on a huge cash elephant, yes elephant, not cow, because the cow would not give the phrase the justice it deserves. The same way the CBC guy said, "we don,t have the resources or personel, to give this story the justice it deserves", lol, what kind of dummies do they think we are. To even make that comment only enhances our suspicions of government involvement. When you have a national media not having the resources, who in the world does, us?
