We trade on the German Exchange under EKL (Frankfurt Exchange). I havent watched the trading on that Exchange hardly at all over the years. Even though there may have been no shananagans performed in trading on that Exchange, nevertheless, investors of EKL are affected by market action here, and anything suspicious would fall under their (BaFin) jurisdiction in that matter, as well as it would be the SEC,s responsibility in the States.
I am sorry I didn,t think of this before, but I believe some packages of letters and concerns should be now directed there as well. They are a regulator.
