Can you find the parts that seem to be ignored by management and not enforced by the TSX nor BCSC?

Where these Policies, laws and provisions, that we as investors regularly encounter with SLI,are not enforced, I am under the impression, that these are lies and are in fact, not law nor guidlines. They are merely illusion and falsehoods, to make investors think that they are protected, and to aid in entrapment of investors so that they can easily be taken advantage of and relieved of their monies they have worked hard for and have saved.
