Message: stock price manipulation is illegal

We see so many times in the markets where MM,s move stocks up and down, and are hired by companies to do just this. Its not so bad when discipline is practised and it is not allowed to run rampant, no one usually gets hurt. There are always records and recordings kept, to justify and track any activities by not only MM,s but all market participants. All transactions are recorded on data recorders and can be utilized at anytime by any investigative unit. There is always a paper trail, or supposedly so, as proclaimed as part of security for investors. If trading records become non existent and/or tampered with, it only further incriminates a perpetrator. Yet, we see daily, in most stocks, manipulation of the share prices. Some of this manipulation is due to assigned trading entities, in maintaining a market in any security, when they deliberately avoid rules displayed to the lesser investment community, and their activities become blatantly clear and abused. This is in contradiction to the integrity the Exchange as well as regulators assure to all market participants. When this type of action is revealed, and no enforcement takes place, accountability becomes a huge factor, and can even progress as far as to cover the owners of the Exchange, (some banks/institutions) as well as the administrators of the regulators. There is accountability, responsibility and assurance that is guaranteed through many provisions and regulations, and in a democratic and just system, can be readily applied. To see non action, suggests a degree of dysfunction. When dysfunction is discovered or realized, it affects the whole system and suggests and questions the entire integrity of that system. If manipulation is condoned by inaction of the assigned perotective measures, then it only reinforces any jeopardy of integrity in such systems.

The shareholders hold this stock tightly. There is much evidence of that, including the last unofficial proxy results. When a stock is this tightly held, it is very difficult to lower it 10-20%, let alone 90-95%. To do this, incurs sometimes a fabrication of shares, because the shares are not readily available to borrow or buy. Then the question enters the picture, "why would someone wish to drop a stock price as low as they can get it, by utilizing every tool of the market at their disposal?"

There has been more than one documented suspicious trading event in this stock, clearly outlining manipulation of the share price, yet no known reprimands or disciplinary actions have become public, and it seems this unethical practise of hammering the stock price is allowed to continue, for some reason. It may be clear to see why the stock price was driven and forced to .05, the mininum at which to do a PP, in the past rules, and maybe even at this very time. Also, the talk about a rollback, would be more acceptable with such a low sp, very suspicious.

A rollback on this stock does not have to be done, thats an absurd motion. The only reason that one may try to do it, is because they want to, to perhaps instill more fear and get shareholders to sell, and to gain further control over the company,s shares. Also, thizs type of procedure is used as a decoration to any stock, by making it look like there are few shares outstanding and any gap ups in sp are wider and more profitable for any traders or stock players. Also, from a management/employee perspective, any options and warrants held, have a better chance of accelerating any ROI. The sad thing is though, if any management decides to execute a roll back, it may suggest that the management wishes and decides to play the options and warrants game, and that their utmost focus is actually not on creating value for the investors, but rather attempting to line their own pockets and securing their jobs, as with some exploration companies, they do this tecnique for years and never really prove anything up. Their financing continuously comes from mostly retail, and they continuously loop this tecnique for sometimes as long as 20-30 years.

As for the PP, Lori, in a panic as a result of a pending proxy battle, announced a ~100 million share PP about a year ago. She must have thought then she could fill it, and at a much higher price than today. The company,s stooges on the other forum, stock house, suggested a Russian aspect, that would easily fill that PP. As well, I seem to recall, that perhaps some investors asked to participate in that one as well, but were told it was full. As for Sculpin, me, suggesting a boycott of the PP on this board, it would be ludicrous to even suggest my words could affect an intelligent and prudent facet of sophisticated market participants in their decisions. I would consider any statements even suggesting this, is nothing more than a futile and desperate attempt at trying to discredit me. What a joke, and ones seem to believe they are professional?

Also, it seems that there is a mininum dollar requirement in participating in this PP of around $10,000, if this rumour is true. If true, that severly limits the chances of filling this PP by excluding many retail that don,t have that considerable amount of money, and also the associated risk with current management intact. Current managements track record, is not impressive, to allow a stock price to deteriorate so much, add to its decline by selling their own stock, putting out vague and what is considered not clearly and efficient exploration results, with holding information that may have helped support a share price, and selling a property very cheaply that may have been our most valuable on paper, without shareholder consent, among many other things. Also, by executing a PP, management has eliminated many current shareholders from participating, because of accreditation rules. A rights offering may have been a wee bit more expensive, but the security that would have came with this type of financing, would have been the most competent approach with comopany, considering its current financial situation. The efforts by management seem to be ones to destroy this company, over the last 18 months or so, rather than secure and strengthen it, which is peculiar, don,t you think?

As for sinister here, many posters pointed out what he/she is, its blatant to see to all. His/her pathetic attempts at rationalization, would even insult the profession of an imposter, yet they continue, in vain. Its sad to watch someone demoralize themselves constantly and in such a way. I have no sympathy for these type/s, only compassion and understanding, whereas attempts at help, has been neglected by said. Perhaps someday they will take the time to take a good hard look at themselves and they will feel warm cheeks as the realization of their actions towards others, turns to embarrassment. There is still hope for these types, because they always have choice, to choose what is just, respectful and appreciative of others.

thank you
