Okay Sinister, I will try to 'edumacate' myself, first by trying to 'cipher' your spelling?

It seems to me that it would be hard for her to know if the PP was fully subscribed for if she isn't aware of how many shares these people want??

As far as the financials, I will take a look. I could be mistaken but it just seems strange that the financials are for period ending August 31st and the PP wasn't announced until Sept. 11.
