Thinking of voting at the next AGM, if the green team does not move forward with another proxy battle, and Lori and the current BOD are uncontested, what happens with the voting process?

If all we had to vote on was the white proxy, what happens with the votes? I don't believe we ever have the option to vote against her? Only, with hold or something like that? What if 90% of the votes were with hold, and only 10% are actually for her? Will we be in the same situation as next year, or does that finally force the BOD to take action against her as a CEO that has lost the faith of shareholders, and find someone that will do the job?
