During the year ended May 31, 2013, the Company appointed Robert Krause while Murray Braucht was not elected as director at the Company’s AGM

I wasn't aware that any of us were able to vote for Murry, or did I overlook his name on the white proxy?

It's also a little odd that all of a sudden his name is spelled incorrectly...someone must be taking spelling lessons from the SH gang...lol
