Firstly only those that donated are owed any explaination ,not general inquirers on a BB.

I would think thats a fair conclusion dont you think.

Secondly I believe the real concern should be the state of assets moving forward from the audit and into the AGM if there is plans to have one.

Tesoro at this stage in the game is SLI,and I think that is a fair assessment of the current situation.

Given past practice of this BOD is there any reason to believe that Tesoro may not itself vanish into the convoluted ether of sold and lapsed and swapped out properties as has happend so often in the past.

Could this be done all in the name of saving the company which after an event of this type, would render it mote and a wasted.

Just placing a concern that I have based on Histronics of past practise
