Stewie has told you, I have told you, as well as many other shareholders here have told the rest of your crew. You fail to listen, you fail to see, the money signs in your eyes are your destruction, for you cannot see the obstacles in front of your faces. The blatant display of vanity and the condoning of taking advantage of people, is clearly represented in everyone of your groups posts. Its only a matter of time, you guys have a chance to wake up, or not, its always your choice, so be responsible and accountable for your choices.

Stewie has described you and the rest of your gang to a T, I suggest you look at your postes, reread them and you will discover the blatant intent and motive behind them, or should I say, the intent and motive ahead of them.

You guys are pathetic and neither investors, nor the public are believing a single counter you are trying in your desperation. I suggest you guys consult the audit committee set up last year, and see if there have been steps taken to reclaim the excessive travel expenditures, see if they are doing their job. You guys don,t understand, and God knows we tried, how much you are hurting people, and its becoming clearer and clearer everyday, with more facts daily evidencing the investors position here.

Lori told hundreds of investors, if not thousands, and through many presentations, about the huge prospects of this company. She bragged about the strength of this company, but failed to see and still does, that the strength of this company is and always will be in these shareholders. She, nor the BOD has not contributed one bit of strength to this company in almost 2 years, why? In actuality, her and the BOD actions clearly show to most that it looks deliberate at weakening the company. The total display of selfishness is written all over this, and yet the vanity persists in the weakening of this company by those presently in charge. It doesn,t take a savvy investor to see this, even a child can recognize and identify this blatant display.

As for your disguised threat towards BOW, in the line be careful what you say, you may get in trouble, stick that as far as you can and remember, we can,t be intimidated by any smart ass lawyers or such that condone this type of action from corporate against their shareholders. Bring on your foolish legal games, see where it gets you, once everything is out in the open, and when you see more people that you thought were friends, turn their back on youb and walk away, perhaps you will wake up.

Transparency is the key, and once all of this is out in the open and public domain, ask yourselves, what are you gonna do then? Everything has been documented, and there is more important things documented that have not seen these boards yet, but are disseminated amongst many sources, this is the material that should change every last bit of doubt that anyone has.

You guys, backed by laws, think you can walk all over shareholders and push them out of the way, well, in case you haven,t realized yet, THAT IS NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

I suggest share holders start writing more letters about the proposed PP and all the questions surrounding not only its present image, but look at all the things leading up to it. Not one damn bit of good news to sustain a shareprice in the last 2 years, topped off by Lori downloading shares constantly adding pressure to the sp. Lori, nor friends, nor the rest of the BOD , if planning on taking up a position in this PP, should not be allowed to take one share of it, and should also repay back the company all the excessive travel expenditures taken from the SLI treasury in the last 3 years, which amounts to about $3000 per day! I believe the audit committe should also examine a couple other columns of the financials with the appropriate description of the expenses incurred. $4 million dollars on travel over a three year period alone, would be a nice junk to have in this treasury at this time, and would not warrant a need for any PP at this time. Also, the 4 million options granted to management around the AGM, would bring a possible combined total of almost 25 million shares of further dilution. Its clear to see that the shareholders best interests have not been taken into consideration for the last few years. And if the TSX and BCSC don,t get off their asses soon, there will be plenty of questions asked there as well, but I believe, where this has gone on so long without any significant reprimands, there may already be questions being asked of them as an entity, and perhaps questions of individuals employed there as well.IIROC also fits into the above, I here there was someone there that used to let someone know when the "heat is on", a curious rumour to hear, don,t you think? At the end of the day, accountability will be placed.

C,mon, try to intimidate more of us shareholders, I believe over the years, the count has risen to over 20. SLAPP your phoney lawsuits and attempts at trying to silence shareholders, but I do remind you that every lawyer and judge in this country has taken oaths to what their behaviour must be towards the Canadian citizens and whats expected of them. I was tried to be silenced by several death threats, then a legal threat, then a death threat again, c,mon, how desperate is someone to shut us up? And what for, I may ask? A little stock that people trades, who would care? I have good reason to believe that this stock/company has been under investigation for many years, perhaps by an unseen entity, so I believe, its only a matter of time.

Go take a walk in the park, and think about the love and family that is standing up to you. And then perhaps ask yourself how you can be a better human being and help people, instead of being selfish and not sharing, not caring and participating in hurting people.Examine your values, see if they really have any value, see if anyone would want to buy them. Ask yourself, does your family and the ones you love really look at you with admiration? But perhaps, thats part of your problem, and why you openly make fun of love and family, you don,t know what it is?

Before you question my sanity, I believe you must examine your own. To be oblivious and function with a very narrow perception of reality, you fail to see the real world. You are a prime example of disgust, but its not your fault, you have been brainwashed by the dollar signs, when others see people, you see dollar signs. Broaden your perception, and take a look beyond the dollar signs when looking at people, you may find a little more value. This will also help diminish your hypocrisy.
