AA, if you remember correctly, Hi Ho was not able to pay the lease on the Carmi property and when that lapsed, DGW Consultants (Dorian Leslie and James Thom) picked up the property.

SLI management claims it was an accident, but it sure seems strange that they didn't know it was up for renewal, but their employees did??
