Dear Agoracom,

I request an explanation as to why T24 Tesoro is back on this forum while I have banned that avatar at least once in the past? This is not an isolated occurence, I have noticed this with a couple other previous banned avatars. Here is the proof below that this individual was banned a long time ago.
